You dont see NYC like I see NYC

Please don't let the title of this post fool you, we don't actually see that much more of NYC than you do, those were just some catchy lyrics playing in some girls clothing store Michelle was shopping in.

Today, we saw very little of NYC that we hadnt seen already. Michelle split off to NYU to go talk to some science people about science. Dave and I went to see the Guggenheim.

We only managed to see the outside of the Guggenheim because, of course, its closed on Thursdays.

I ask you, good people, what the hell is open every day of the week except Thursday? Does any religion recognise Thursday as anything other than the day after hump day and the day before the first day of the weekend? Goofy as hell.

Soooo after that cock-up, we went for some retail therapy. Back to Soho, again. Bought some more shirts and some more hoodies, and a couple of pairs of jeans (note to Liz; Uniqlo is incredible). I tried to buy some shoes but apparently they were only for girls :(

We're all pretty much packed up and ready to take off up to Niagra Falls tomorrow, assuming the trip hasn't been cancelled for lack of bookings. It only recently occured to me that Canada will be colder than New York, so yeah, can't wait for that.
